La decisión final corresponde al organismo de certificación.

La certificación puede otorgarse sin cerrar las no conformidades si el cliente lo solicita.

El auditado puede proponer y aprobar las no conformidades de forma unilateral durante la reunión final.

Después de entregar el informe, es responsabilidad del cliente investigar las causas de las no conformidades y proponer un plan de acción.
