الولاية على الأبناء بعد الطلاق تنتقل للأم تلقائياً مع الحضانة.

النفقة تقدّر بحال الزوج يسراً وعسراً، فلا يُكلف الفقير ما لا يطيق.

الحضانة هي مجرد توفير المسكن والملبس للطفل دون الحاجة للتربية.

يثبت النسب شرعاً بالفراش الزوجي القائم وقت الولادة.
