Ventas recibe el producto, lo envía a revisión a Arteaga

Ventas avisa por correo a: Jefe de Operaciones, Gerente de Calidad, Jefe de Sucursal y Jefa de Calidad.

El Gerente de Calidad creará un registro del producto en devolución en el formato FOR-CAL-53 y evalúa el producto en un plazo máximo de 20 días.

El etiquetado ausente o borroso es un motivo para aceptar una devolución.

Las devoluciones sólo serán devueltas a las existencias vendibles si los gases medicinales están íntegros, sin abrir, sin daños, vigentes y no han sido retirados del mercado.
