Consiste en hacer dados de 2 y 3cm de grosor. Se utiliza con papas, calabacines, tomates, zanahorias, etc.

Es un corte rectangular de 6 a 7 cm de largo por 1 cm. de ancho. Se utiliza en papas fritas y en otras verduras para guarnición (como zanahorias).

Cortar las verduras en tiras alargadas y muy finas. De aprox. 4 cm. de largo.

Cortadas de 0,5 cm de lado. Se hace un corte en juliana primero, luego coger todas las tiras juntas y pasarle el chuchillo para picarlas.

Es un corte en que se deja la hortaliza con forma ovalada.

usa para verduras alargadas por ejemplo zanahorias, pepino e incluso rábanos, para luego usarlos para presentación o en ensaladas. La medida puede variar de grosor desde 3mm hasta 5mm.

Este corte es el mismo que el corte juliana, pero solo se utiliza para la cebolla. Al cortar cebolla en juliana se busca conseguir una forma de abanico cortando de forma transversal las capas de la cebolla.
