Explicación

La privacidad en redes limita quién ve tu perfil, pero no borra el rastro técnico (clics, tiempo de visualización, búsquedas) que las plataformas y servidores siguen registrando.

Imagina que internet es arena húmeda: cada paso que das (un "like", una búsqueda en Google, un vídeo visto) deja una marca que otros pueden seguir para saber quién eres.

Es la parte de tu imagen online que tú controlas directamente: tus posts, tus fotos de perfil y los comentarios que escribes voluntariamente.

Es el rastro que se genera sin que nosotros hagamos nada directamente, como cuando un amigo nos etiqueta en una foto sin permiso.

Hacer una búsqueda de uno mismo ayuda a ser consciente de qué información es pública y permite tomar medidas para corregir lo que no queramos que se vea.

Esta herramienta es vital para la seguridad; te avisa si tus datos han sido expuestos en hackeos masivos para que puedas cambiar tus claves antes de que sea tarde.
