Las 3R son una guía simple para cuidar el planeta : la cantidad de residuos , objetos en lugar de desechar , y materiales para convertirlo en nuevos productos . Cada acción empieza en casa : comprar menos , reparar cosas rotas y dar segundas vidas a envases y ropa . Al reducir el consumo , evitamos basura que tarda años en degradarse ; al reutilizar , ahorro recursos ; al reciclar , evitamos extraer nuevas materias primas . Practicar estas ideas diariamente ayuda a reducir la contaminación y favorece comunidades más limpias .
