La dificulta la visión nocturna , altera ritmos y afecta la fauna y la salud humana . Las ciudades generan exceso de luz con farolas , pantallas y anuncios que desvían la luz hacia el cielo . Por otra parte , la , causada por tráfico , obras y dispositivos electrónicos , perturba el descanso , reduce la concentración y provoca estrés . Mitigar ambas contaminaciones implica elegir , reducir la intensidad lumínica y usar en edificios .
