Antes de ofrecer la eSIM , el asesor debe validar la del equipo . Para esto , solicita al cliente marcar * en su celular . Si el dispositivo muestra el código , el equipo es compatible y se puede continuar con el proceso . En caso de que solo aparezca el , se debe ofrecer recogida en punto .

Para garantizar una activación exitosa , el asesor debe validar tres aspectos clave : que el cliente tenga acceso a su , que pueda códigos QR y que tenga habilidades básicas de configuración en su dispositivo .

Una vez finalizado el proceso , el cliente recibirá en su el código con las instrucciones de activación . Este mensaje suele llegar en aproximadamente . Cuando el cliente pierda la de su operador anterior , deberá el código QR para completar la activación del servicio .
