Many people believe that managing money is only about earning more , but in reality , small everyday decisions are often more important . A lot of us waste money without noticing it . We buy on , order unnecessary things online , or spend too much on coffee and snacks .

Last year , Mia realised she had completely used her savings . She decided it was time to change her habits . First , she started to cut back eating out and expensive clothes . Instead of shopping every weekend , she learned to resist the to buy things she didn ? t really need .

At first , it wasn ? t easy to do some comforts . She missed buying little treats for herself , but after a few months , she noticed a big difference . She managed to put a new car almost half of the money she saved .

However , one month an emergency happened : her laptop suddenly broke . Mia had to dip her savings to repair it . She felt disappointed , but she knew it was necessary .

Now , before buying anything expensive , Mia always tries to a purchase by asking herself three questions :

Do I really need it ?
Will I still want it next month ?
Is it worth the money ?

Thanks to these habits , she feels much more confident about her finances and no longer worries about money all the time .
