La Resolución 2764 de 2022 regula la seguridad eléctrica en vez de riesgos psicosocial.

En el PDV se requieren pausas activas al menos 2 veces al día por 10 minutos.

RETIE es mencionado como relacionado al cableado seguro en montajes.

Si un elemento aéreo supera 2.0 metros, el personal debe tener certificación vigente y usar EPP.

Las pausas activas deben ser de 20 minutos, no de 10.

El RETIE no aplica al cableado en montajes ni stands.

Existe responsabilidad solidaria entre la marca, la agencia de promoción y el almacén si no se cumplen las afiliaciones a la ARL y los estándares de seguridad.

La normativa SST en PDV aplica solo a trabajadores de fábrica y no a impulsadoras.

La evaluación del riesgo psicosocial está regulada por la Resolución 2764 de 2022.
