In this lesson , we learned how to express wish or using " wish " and " if only " in the present and past , as well as how to describe situations and their consequences in the present or past using conditionals .
Now you know that in :
1 ) present unreal conditional we use past form of the verb ;
2 ) past unreal conditional we use past form ;
3 ) mixed conditional we use simple past or past perfect form depending on whether we refer to the condition / result or Present condition / past result .
This lesson will contribute to helping you express yourself in both speaking and writing , as well as to understand the English speakers better .
