Instrucciones: Lee el siguiente caso y analízalo a profundidad, después, lee en la tabla que
sigue los perfiles de algunos compañeros de trabajo, a base de estos, seleccionarlos por
número y ponlos en la columna derecha según sus habilidades para ciertos roles.

-En un centro de distribución , Gerardo quien es supervisor de embarques tiene que enviar
7 cargas a puebla, para el día de hoy, por ello necesita elegir a sus mejores elementos
para trabajar horas extras y enviar las cargas pendientes sin tantos problemas.
Por eso necesita analizar a todo el departamento de embarques para armar un grupo
espontáneo, eficiente y útil.-
