About this activity

Match each sentence card with its corresponding pronoun card. Read these grammar examples to understand the rules before playing:

Subject Pronoun (We): "My brother and I love playing soccer." We use "We" because the subject includes the speaker and another person acting as the subject of the sentence.

Object Pronoun (Him): "I need to call my grandfather tonight." We use "Him" because he receives the action of the verb (call) and is a singular male.

Possessive Pronoun (Yours): "This is my bicycle, but that blue one is your bicycle." We use "Yours" to show ownership and avoid repeating the word "bicycle".

WILDCARDS RULES:

Extra Turn! If you match this pair, you get to flip two more cards consecutively.

Lose a Pair! If you match this pair, you must return one of your won pairs to the board (or subtract a point).
