Un jugador puede ponerse de pie durante la jugada.

En voleibol sentado, cada equipo tiene 6 jugadores en cancha.

Un equipo puede tener más de 6 jugadores en cancha al mismo tiempo.

El saque puede hacerse desde cualquier punto de la cancha sin restricciones.

Los jugadores deben mantener al menos una parte de su cuerpo en contacto con el suelo durante la jugada.

El saque se realiza desde detrás de la línea de fondo.

El balón no puede tocar la red en ninguna fase del juego.

Los sets se juegan a 30 puntos fijos.

El balón puede tocar la red durante el servicio y seguir en juego.

Se juegan sets de hasta 25 puntos, ganando por 2 puntos y el quinto set puede ser a 15 puntos.
