En la mañana , mi familia y yo damos un paseo y podemos el cielo azul . También escuchamos el canto de los pájaros y el crujir de las hojas . Cuando comemos , disfrutamos y aprendemos a el helado con cuidado . Después tocamos la mesa para sentir su textura suave . En la cocina , a veces podemos el aroma de la sopa que se está cocinando ; cada una de estas experiencias nos ayuda a entender el mundo que nos rodea y a usar bien nuestros sentidos .

Al salir al jardín , la del amanecer tiñe el cielo de naranja y rosa , y todo parece despertar . El de las hojas se mezcla con el canto de los pájaros , creando una melodía suave . El a café recién hecho flota en el aire y me invita a respirar hondo . Al acercarme a la mesa , noto el de la madera y la frescura de la mañana en la palma . Al probar una fruta , su dulce y me lleno de vida .
