LEY GENERAL DEL Nº 292
La Ley General del Nº 292 fue promulgada en el 25 de septiembre de con el objetivo de regular , promover y fortalecer la turística en el país . Esta ley establece las normas y principios que el desarrollo del turismo de manera , sostenible e inclusiva .
La ley reconoce al turismo como una actividad para el desarrollo económico , social y cultural del Estado de Bolivia , promoviendo la participación de comunidades , gobiernos y empresas privadas .
Además , busca proteger el natural , cultural e histórico del país , impulsando el turismo y sostenible .

MARCO INSTITUCIONAL
El marco está conformado por las instituciones de planificar , organizar , regular y supervisar las actividades en Bolivia .
Principales instituciones con el turismo :
Ministerio de Productivo y Economía Plural , Es la entidad encargada de formular políticas relacionadas con el y el desarrollo económico .
Viceministerio de : Es el ente encargado de dirigir , y ejecutar políticas a nivel nacional .
Gobiernos Autónomos Departamentales : Promueven el dentro de cada departamento .
Gobiernos Municipales : Administran y promocionan atractivos locales .
Empresas y operadores turísticos , servicios turísticos como : Hospedaje , Alimentación , Transporte , Guías
El trabajo conjunto entre estas permite fortalecer el turismo en el país .

Turismo : realizada por personas que fuera de su lugar habitual por descanso , , cultura o negocios .
Turista : que viaja y permanece en otro lugar por diferentes .
Patrimonio turístico : de recursos naturales , culturales e con valor turístico .
Turismo : Actividad turística desarrollada por locales para beneficio colectivo .
