Aus der Monarchie kann auch entstehen , die im Laufe der Zeit zur kippen kann . Die wiederum birgt die Gefahr der , wenn das Volk die Kontrolle verliert und dem Gesetz entgleitet . Aus diesen erwachsen neue stabile Formen , bis der Zyklus von vorn beginnt .
