El Desafío Central : la logística de última milla se enfrenta al problema de la congestión urbana , donde la ruta intuitiva resulta ineficiente por un tráfico impredecible . La Herramienta ( Modelado de Redes ) describe tres elementos fundamentales : son puntos fijos como almacenes o clientes , son las vías disponibles y representan el tiempo de viaje . La asigna valores al tráfico y permite identificar rutas óptimas ; por ejemplo desvios estratégicos de 28 minutos frente a avenidas saturadas de 40 minutos . El impacto en el negocio incluye reducción de tiempos , ahorro de costos y mayor satisfacción .
