Explicación

La Pull Session tiene como finalidad construir de forma colaborativa el plan maestro, donde se definen los hitos principales y la secuencia inicial de trabajo.

El PPC mide la efectividad de la planificación semanal. En este caso, el cálculo es 5 ÷ 7 = 71%, permitiendo evaluar el nivel de cumplimiento.

El análisis de las RNC ayuda a identificar problemas recurrentes y aplicar acciones correctivas, haciendo que los planes semanales sean más confiables y eficientes.
