Nancy works in a busy in Melbourne . She usually enjoys her job , but one she had a very bad day . Everything seemed to go wrong from the beginning . First , she woke up late her alarm clock did not ring . She rushed to get ready and left home without eating breakfast . When she arrived at the train station , she that she had forgotten her wallet at home . She had to go back and get it , so she arrived at work thirty late . This was the first problem of the day . The second problem happened during an important meeting . Nancy was a presentation to her manager and her team . She had worked on the for many hours . However , when she opened her laptop , the file would not open . She tried several , but the computer showed an error message . She felt embarrassed and stressed because everyone was waiting . Later that afternoon , a third problem happened . Nancy accidentally spilled a cup of on some important documents on her desk . The papers became wet and difficult to read . She had to print again . By the of the day , Nancy was tired and frustrated . However , she stayed positive . She solved each problem one by one and her work . When she arrived home , she relaxed and hoped the next day would be much .
