Tras el temblor, verifica si hay peligro antes de evacuar y solo sal si es seguro.

Intentar mover escombros grandes para salir.

Grita para avisar a todos mientras tiembla.

Antes del sismo identifica rutas de evacuación y puntos seguros.

Evita usar ascensores durante y después del sismo; utiliza escaleras cuando sea seguro.

Si estás bajo una mesa resistente, cúbrete y sujétate bajo ella.

Encender todas las lámparas para ver mejor durante el temblor.

Corre hacia la salida principal en cuanto empiece el temblor.

Durante el sismo debes agacharte, cubrirte la cabeza y sujetarte a una estructura estable.
