La en el aula implica reconocer que cada estudiante aporta habilidades únicas . Un enfoque inclusivo busca adaptar métodos , recursos y evaluaciones para que haya oportunidades de aprendizaje para todos , sin excluir a nadie por su origen , género o capacidades . La no significa dar lo mismo a todos , sino brindar diferenciados cuando alguien los necesita . Las estrategias efectivas incluyen el trabajo en equipo , la entre docentes y la activa , que fortalecen la convivencia y el rendimiento académico .
