Para crear un nuevo grupo , el gestor debe seleccionar la opción Crear grupo . El título y el de grupo son campos obligatorios , mientras que en la debe indicarse el del grupo para que otros gestores sepan cómo utilizarlo .

Los usuarios pueden incorporarse mediante miembros , calculados según unas condiciones , o añadirse , seleccionándolos uno a uno .

Cada criterio dinámico se compone de un , un operador y uno o varios . Dentro de una misma se aplica la lógica Y , por lo que el usuario debe cumplir todas las condiciones .

Una vez configuradas las condiciones , se debe pulsar para generar una vista previa de los miembros del grupo . Tras revisar el resultado , el gestor puede el grupo o guardarlo como . Los grupos que no se publican después de días .
