Antes mis publicaciones se centraban en mostrar lo mejor de mi día ; ahora reflexiono sobre cómo han cambiado mis hábitos en las , buscando conversaciones significativas en lugar de simples me gusta . y seguridad pasan de ser ideas vagas a decisiones diarias , aplicando configuraciones y límites . La ha evolucionado hacia mensajes más conscientes , evitando juicios rápidos y priorizando . Esta transformación reduce distracciones y fomenta relaciones más auténticas y responsables .
