I was that the hotel manager would understand my situation and offer a solution . Unfortunately , the room was very different from what I after seeing the photos online . I asked if there was any of changing to another room , but the hotel was fully booked . In the end , the manager suggested that we meet by giving me a partial refund instead . Although I was still disappointed , I thought the offer was .

Last weekend , my family and I stayed at a hotel that looked amazing online , but the experience was terrible . The receptionist was completely and kept giving us the wrong information about our reservation . When we finally entered the room , we noticed that the bathroom was , with dirty towels and a bad smell . We asked to move to another room , but it was hot because the air conditioner didn't work at all . They moved us once more , but this time the air conditioner was stuck on the highest setting , so the room was all night . When we complained again , another employee was and simply told us to " deal with it . " We checked out early and decided never to stay there again .
