Explicación

La comunicación sincrónica (como las videollamadas o el chat en vivo) se caracteriza por el intercambio de información en tiempo real, donde los participantes coinciden en el mismo momento temporal para interactuar.

La comunicación asincrónica no requiere que los participantes estén presentes al mismo tiempo. El correo electrónico y los foros permiten que el emisor envíe el mensaje y el receptor lo lea y responda cuando le sea posible, sin necesidad de simultaneidad.
