En la actividad de de polinomios , empezamos identificando el y el . El objetivo es obtener el y , si corresponde , el resto . Cada término se organiza por grado , y se divide el término de mayor grado del dividendo entre el término de mayor grado del divisor . Se multiplica , se resta y se baja el siguiente término hasta completar un cociente correcto . Este método sirve tanto para polinomios con coeficientes enteros como para fraccionarios , manteniendo las operaciones algebraicas claras .

Se alinea cada término por exponentes y se divide el del dividendo entre el coeficiente líder del divisor .
