Tokoh pertama yang yang mengusulkan dasar negara adalah pada tanggal . Dua hari kemudian , yaitu pada tanggal 31 Mei 1945 , Prof . Dr . Mr Soepomo menyampaikan pendapatnya . Kemudian Pada tanggal 1 juni 1945 giliran . menyampaikan pidato dan beliau mengusulkan 5 dasar negara . pada tanggal 22 Juni 1945 Panitia Sembilan berhasil menyusun sebuah naskah yang di kenal sebagai . Beberapa minggu kemudian tepat pada tanggal 17 agustu 1945 Indonesia mengproklamasikan kemerdekaannya . Keesokan harinya pada tanggal PPKI melakukan sidang pertama . Pada saat sidang itulah Pancasila resmi menjadi dasar negara Indonesia
