No se admite endoso en el pagaré para transferir derechos.

El pagaré requiere la firma de al menos tres testigos.

El pagaré es un título valor que contiene la promesa incondicional de pago de una cantidad determinada de dinero.

Solo pueden emitir pagarés las entidades financieras y bancos.

El endoso transmite la titularidad del título y puede estar sujeto a ciertas condiciones.

Los intereses no pueden pactarse en ningún pagaré, aunque el título lo especifique.

La vía mercantil oral en México se utiliza para reclamar créditos mercantiles cuando existe un título valor que permita acción inmediata.

La vía mercantil oral no es aplicable a créditos derivados de pagarés.

El pagaré puede contener la fecha, lugar y vencimiento; la obligación principal es la de pagar una suma de dinero.
