Indians are very open to the language and they believe it helps them achieve better and business . Similarly in Pakistan , speaking English is a guaranteed access to education and more culture .

In Bangladesh , the situation is a bit . The country was also part of a British , so many people speak English , but its government has been laws to forbid English on the TV and Radio to the local , Bengali .
