La vía de tratamiento ante ausencia de BASA puede ser CAMO técnico, doble liberación o AESA caso a caso.

Una liberación de componente nuevo con FAA Form 8130-3 puede recibir aceptación directa si el BASA UE-EE.UU. está vigente y es pleno.

No es necesario registrar en el expediente las verificaciones realizadas, ni las fuentes consultadas.

La AAC-038 siempre garantiza aceptación automática sin necesidad de IP vigente.

El 5 pasos de verificación permiten continuar la revisión sin BASA aplicable mediante cualquier vía.

El módulo 9 integra los conocimientos previos y los aplica a la revisión documental de expedientes de aeronavegabilidad.

El paso 4 exige verificar que el emisor esté habilitado específicamente para ese tipo de trabajo bajo el BASA aplicable.
