Cada cuenta es personal e , por lo que no se debe prestar , ni utilizar la cuenta de otro compañero . Cada alumno es de su propia cuenta y de mantener segura su información de acceso . Si un alumno accede a la cuenta institucional de otro compañero , se le asignará una . Por ello , es muy importante las cuentas de los demás y utilizar únicamente la cuenta que corresponde a cada alumno .

Cuando los alumnos utilicen una computadora en la sala de cómputo , deberán tener especial cuidado con su cuenta institucional . Al terminar de trabajar , es necesario la de la cuenta institucional en la computadora para evitar que otro alumno pueda acceder a ella . También se debe que la cuenta haya quedado completamente cerrada antes de retirarse de la computadora .

Debemos recordar que se utiliza para información , , dudas , y citas , mientras que Google se utiliza para consultar , realizar y entregar tareas y actividades escolares . Utilizar correctamente cada , proteger nuestra cuenta institucional y cerrar sesión después de utilizar una computadora son acciones importantes para trabajar de manera , responsable y organizada dentro del Colegio Patria .
