no seria vàlid : consentiment , objecte i causa .
Les característiques d'aquests elements distingeixen el contracte de treball
d'altres contractes . és la manifestació de la voluntat de les parts de celebrar un acord o contracte ; és nul el consentiment prestat amb violència , intimidació o dol , o si ho presten persones sense la capacitat legal per donar - ho ( menors d'edat , persones amb discapacitats mentals . . . ) .
