Cardiorespiratory Fitness

Cardiorespiratory fitness is the ability of the heart and lungs to supply oxygen to the body.

Muscular strength is the force that a muscle can exert during a single contraction.

Flexibility is the ability to move joints and muscles through a full range of motion.

  • Dynamic:  stretching using movement.
  • Ballistic: bouncy movements, the most dangerous.
