absorb extended together elbow watch grip opposite

When throwing , the top half of the ball with finger spread over the laces

When throwing , step with the foot to utilize your whole body in the throw and throw farther .

When throwing , keep your position above your shoulder .

When throwing , release the ball with a high , arm and a wrist snap follow through to your opposite pocket .

When catching , keep your fingers spread out with thumbs or pinkies ( depending on position of throw ) .

When catching , the ball all the way into your hands and reach forward for the ball with both hands .

When catching , give / the force of the ball ( soft hands )
