5

Passes - Baseball/Overhead Pass

The baseball or overhead pass is used for long passes and overhead pass.
6

Dribbling

The dribble should be used to penetrate or drive toward the basket, create a better passing lane, get out of a crowd, or bring the ball down the court.
7

Dribbling

When dribbling in basketball, keep the ball close to your body, low to the floor with your eyes focused up the court in order to see open players.

8

Shooting

When shooting, keep your eyes focused on the goal, bend the knees, keep elbows close to the body, place hands behind the ball, finder pads touching the ball. The legs extend upward while the shooting arm extends toward the basket (providing elevation).
