Non car il n'utilise aucun ressort de l'influence

Il fait appel à la raison de son interlocuteur : j'ai 15 ans d'expérience, j'étais n°1 des vendeurs en 2 ans

il s'appuie sur une explication très approximative (les secrétaires ne savent pas utiliser les photocopieurs) et comme ça n'a pas a expliqué le détail des pannes

C'est un argument sans aucun intérêt mais très logique, il n'est pas contestable.
