Los son señales o marcas gráficas que permiten al redactor estructurar un discurso escrito , al tiempo que le permite al lector identificar las inflexiones del texto , es decir , el modo de entonación y las pausas necesarias que facilitan su comprensión .
El indica la pausa que se produce al final de un enunciado . Después de punto siempre se escribirá con mayúscula , salvo en el caso de que aparezca en una abreviatura . Existen tres clases de punto .
