When defining social influence, you must refer to the PRESENCE or ACTIONS of others and that the pressure can be REAL or IMAGINED and influences THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, and BEHAVIOURS

Social influence can be constructive, destructive, or neutral and can be administered by individuals, groups, or institutions

You must refer to '2 OR MORE PEOPLE' and 'INTERACT AND INFLUENCE'

Although 'crowd' is correct in one sense, the question specifically asks you to use psychological terminology. In this instance, collective makes the most sense. It is not a group because they are not necessarily interacting with and influencing one another.

Essentially, real pressure is directly applied to influence behaviour while imagined pressure is the result of imagination.

This is fairly straightforward - you must make reference to the perception of an individual from the perspective of the group

Power dynamics is also partially true, but social power is a more correct term. Other terms are not appropriate.

All other statements are correct.

This is coercive power. Reward power is the opposite and the other two options are incorrect.

Some reference should be made to carrying out expectations in different social situations.
