Dos números enteros con el mismo signo se suman (+3 +5 = +8 # -2 -4 = -6) las cantidades y el resultado tiene el signo de ambos porque sigue la misma dirección en la recta numérica. Sin embargo, dos números enteros con distintos signos se restan (+3 -5 = -2) las cantidades y el resultado tiene el signo del número mayor de los dos (-2 +4 = +2)
