La palabra ‘polisemia’ quiere decir ‘múltiples significados’ y es el término que usamos para llamar a las palabras que se escriben exactamente igual, pero que poseen diferentes significados. Un claro ejemplo de esto es la palabra ‘gato’, la cual para nosotros puede significar principalmente el nombre de un animal, pero sin olvidar que hay otras cosas que podemos llamar también por ese mismo nombre.
