Do not drink fruit juices , , or drinks with caffeine .
Proper is the color and type of clothing to be worn during exercise in different climates .
When exercising in hot weather , avoid colors , which can absorb heat .
When exercising in cold weather , dress in that you can remove as soon as you start to sweat and then put back on as needed .
