El partit estava en el i el resultat ja era de dos gols en per l'equip local , els seus jugadors van entrar als molt desmotivats per això va anar a parlar amb el seu ajudant per mirar de superar la situació . Les paraules que els hi van dir poc tenien ha veure amb qüestions perquè el que sentiren els jugadors fou una lliço aplicable a moltes situacions de la , els hi digueren que l'important no era sinó passar - ho bé i gaudir jugant a . El discurs va tenir el seu efecte i de seguida en la part van arribar els que posaren el marcador en , però els minuts següents passaren molt aviat i quan pareixia que tot quedaria en un empat arriba un canvi decisiu , l'entrenador va decidir llevar un i treure un més per fer un joc encara més . Poc després d'aquesta el jugador que havia arribat va rebre una falta dintre de l'àrea cosa que li va permetre llançar des del punt de penal i marcar un nou gol . Al final l'equip va guanyar el partit però la més important va ser que varen aprendre allò que els entrenadors els hi havien dit , a partir d'aquell dia van jugar per passar - ho .
