Suma con enteros :
Para sumar dos números enteros tenemos que fijarnos en si tienen o no el mismo :
- Si tienen el mismo signo : se deja el mismo signo y se los valores absolutos . Por ejemplo :
( - 8 ) + ( - 12 ) = -
- Si tienen distinto signo : se deja el signo del que tiene valor absoluto y se dichos valores . Por ejemplo :
( + 7 ) + ( - 14 ) = -

Resta con enteros :
Al primer número se le el del segundo . Por ejemplo :
( - 9 ) - ( - 5 ) = ( - 9 ) + ( + 5 ) = - 4
