On the other hand , ( wise ) and ( know ) are of little value if you cannot ( communication ) them effectively to your peers or to the next generation . It is the ( combine ) of clear reasoning , sound ( judge ) and effective presentation and communication skills that ( definition ) true rhetoric . A true rhetorician should always come across as ( know ) , and never as opinionated or ( ignore ) .
