Cuando estén fritas y blandas , no doradas , ( sacar ) las patatas de la sartén . ( Poner ) las patatas en un colador para eliminar el aceite sobrante y ( añadir ) sal al gusto .
Por otro lado , ( batir ) seis huevos y ( mezclar ) las patatas con ellos .
( Calentar ) aceite y , cuando esté bien caliente , ( echar ) la mezcla y ( esperar ) un poquito a que cuaje . Luego , ( dar ) la vuelta a la tortilla y así está hecha por ambas partes .
Si te gusta la cebolla , ( picar ) un trozo de cebolla bien fina y ( hacer ) las patatas junto a la cebolla .
