Muchos investigadores y ecologistas que parte de lo perdido no podrá ser reemplazado ; otros piensan que , aunque inmediatamente , tardaremos décadas en recuperar los niveles anteriores . El problema que vivimos en un mundo en el el mercado manda , la globalización capitalista nos dice que debemos más y para salir de la crisis , y que los problemas los solucionará la tecnología . . . los gobernantes actúan las órdenes de ese mercado . Así , es urgente que los ciudadanos conciencia de la gravedad del problema y a presionar para que las leyes en cuenta el medio ambiente , sin olvidar que , como personas que consumen ( agua , alimentos , electricidad , . . . ) , pueden hacer mucho en su día a , pequeñas acciones que , aisladas , no peso , pero que sumadas todas juntas tienen una gran influencia medioambiental .
