Feedback

Remember, after 'regret' you can use a verb in the gerund (not making), a noun phrase ('her not making' - here it's not natural), or 'the fact that + phrase' (the fact that she didn't make the deadline).

You use 'wish + had(n't) + past participle'. If you wrote the same, but included 'that' (He wishes THAT he...), it is also correct.

Remember that we use 'should (not) have + past participle' to express regrets about past decisions. Don't forget the comma after 'In hindsight,'. Also, the expression 'With the benefit of hindsight,' can be used with no difference in meaning. *I have included them as correct answers, technically you should be using a COMMA after 'In hindsight,'.

The expression you need is 'In retrospect'. Also, you need to use 'should (not) have + past participle' to express this regret. *Although I have included them as correct answers, technically you should be using a COMMA after 'In retrospect,'.
