Brilla en tu rostro cuando estás feliz, te hace saltar, cantar y reír. Es contagiosa como el sol en el día, si la tienes, llenas de luz la vida. ¿Qué es?

A veces me escondo en la oscuridad, otras te asusto sin razón de verdad. Cuando me enfrentas me vuelvo menor, si me evitas, yo crezco peor.

Aunque el día oscuro pueda estar, ella te dice: "Todo mejorará". No se ve, pero se siente en el alma, da tranquilidad y también mucha calma.

Se siente en el pecho, se da sin parar, te hace más fuerte y te ayuda a brillar. A tus amigos, familia y más, cuando lo entregas, feliz estarás.

Cuando me sientes, quieres gritar, tu cara se enciende y quieres pelear. Si no me controlas, daño haré, pero con paciencia, me calmaré.
