Esto es un mapa.  Es un mapa del mundo hispanohablante. 

En el mundo, hay 21 (veintiún) países que hablan español. Estos países están en Europa, América del norte, América del sur, y África.

DESCUBRIMIENTO DE AMERICA

Es el año 1492. Los Reyes Católicos, Isabel y Fernando, son los reyes de España. Ellos quieren encontrar una nueva ruta a Asia para obtener especias y riquezas. Un hombre llamado Cristóbal Colón tiene una idea: viajar por el océano Atlántico hacia el oeste para llegar a Asia. Al principio, nadie quiere ayudar, pero los Reyes Católicos deciden darle dinero y barcos para su viaje.

EL VIAJE

En 1492, Colón sale de España con tres barcos. Él no llega a Asia, pero llega a América. Así empieza el contacto entre Europa y el Nuevo Mundo.

AMERICA

Cristóbal Colón llega a América en 1492. Después de su viaje, muchos españoles van al Nuevo Mundo. España conquista muchas tierras en América y empieza a controlar esos lugares. Los españoles llevan su idioma, el español, a esos países. Por eso, hoy muchas personas en América hablan español.

Después, muchos portugueses viajan a Brasil y muchos ingleses viajan a estados unidos/ los portugueses hablan p[ortugues y los ingleses hablan inglés. 

Por eso, hoy en brasil se habla portuges u en estados unidos se habla inglés.
